Falcon Fixers New Logo Applied to Vinyl Signage in CRLS Library

Last year students in the Creative Design class competed in the CRLS Falcon Fixers logo design contest sponsored by Cambridge Rindge & Latin School Library & Instructional Technology Specialist Team members including Kendall Boninti, Nicole Hart, Paige Graves, and Jalen Bernard. The target audience for this logo design contest was all CRLS high school students, faculty and staff. The judging was based on originality and adherence to contest guidelines which included designing a simple logo with a falcon graphic element that is professional, simple, clean, modern, bold. The winning logo designer was senior, Emily Ng. Currently the logo appears on website, internal materials, social media, clothing, and signage in the CRLS library.

The library staff were so pleased with the winning logo that they asked the Creative Design Program to convert the logo into vinyl signage to help brand the Falcon Fixer and to help make the area in the library easy to find. To answer that call, Emily Ng (senior) and Evelyn Guevara (junior) created vinyl signage for the CRLS library. One vinyl sign is hanging and is double-sided with grommets added and the other sign is single sided and adhered to the desk.
