CRLS Math Department Logo Design Contest

Students in the Creative Design class have competed in the CRLS Math Department Logo Design competition. This design contest is part of the Creative Design Live Work Program and is sponsored by the Math Department and spearheaded by Josh Marden, Interim Dean of Mathematics Curriculum. The Math Dept. logo contest guidelines required the logo embodies Cambridge, mathematics, learning and exploration. The target audience included Math Department teachers and staff, and CRLS Community. The design goal was to develop a logo for the CRLS Math Department. It should represent Cambridge. The CRLS Math Department consists of 40 teachers delivering instruction in classes ranging from Algebra I to Advanced Placement Calculus & Statistics. The department sponsors Math Clubs, Computer Science Clubs, as well as other math events which occur in our community. We also recognize Students of the Quarter in each subject every term.
