About the Instructors

The Culinary Arts teachers bring many years of experience in the Food Service Industry as Chefs, Managers, Executive Chefs, and College Instructors to the students at RSTA. They operate the Falcons' Nest Cafe, an exciting food service outlet that caters to the faculty and staff of the school and district; Plan and Cater events to the Cambridge School community, both in house and off campus locations; Work with the members of the award winning Cambridge Food & Nutrition Services department and work in our own bakery.
