Level 3 Students

Level III students continue to explore health related topics in deeper detail and learn employability skills such as resume writing, telephone etiquette, professional communication, interview skills, etc. If they obtained their CNA certification, they have a unique opportunity to go out of the classroom to a paid co-op position at local hospitals and rehabilitation centers. The academic prerequisite to co-op eligibility is a student maintaining a B or higher in their health assisting class, and a C or higher in their core classes.
